Jayhawk Area Agency on Aging is hiring for an Administrative Case Manager.
This is a great opportunity for someone interested in the social-service
field.

This position provides assistance with KanCare applications for individuals
qualifying functionally for HCBS FE, PD, BI (Home and Community Based
Services, Frail Elderly, Physically Disabled, Brain Injury) waivers and
PACE (Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly) programs as determined
by ADRC functional assessment. Serves as liaison between KanCare
Clearinghouse, KDHE, and the individual applying for HCBS or PACE program.
Provides information and referral services as necessary determined by
customer need.

High school diploma or equivalent, one year experience working with older
adults and individuals with disabilities. Medicaid knowledge is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 per hour
