Hello Everyone



*United Way of Greater Topeka is excited to host the Topeka Volunteers
Event on April 21st from 11-5:30PM at Fairlawn Plaza.* The Topeka
Volunteers Event is a community volunteer engagement fair where nonprofits
have the opportunity to talk about their services, but also how community
membership can volunteer with those agencies to give back to our community.
This capacity building opportunity to recruit volunteers for all our
nonprofits is very important to the success of the work we do within
Shawnee County.



*We are recruiting 50 agencies to participate in this year’s event, if your
nonprofit agency is interested in hosting a table at this event, please
email Jessica Barraclough at jnb at unitedwaytopeka.org
<jnb at unitedwaytopeka.org>. *Space is limited, so make sure you confirm
today!



*We are encouraging organizations, businesses and schools to encourage
attendance to members, staff and students.*
