*Topeka, Kan.* – The Shawnee County Health Department (SCHD) is hosting
second dose Moderna COVID-19 vaccine clinics *Thursday March 25, 2021 and
Tuesday March 30, 2021 from 1:30-5:30pm at Agriculture Hall - Stormont Vail
Events Center*; which is located at the corner of 17th and Tyler Streets.



These clinics are for any individual, from Phase 1 or Phase 2a, who
received a first dose of Moderna vaccine at any SCHD COVID-19 vaccination
clinic prior to February 25, 2021. These two clinics are the last two
scheduled second dose Moderna clinics at Agriculture Hall.



Recipients should bring their vaccine record card and are able to arrive at
their convenience.



Questions about COVID-19 vaccines in Shawnee County can be directed to
CovidVaccine at snco.us.
