We have some good news!

   1. We have made it easier to sign up for the Friday appointment days.
   2. The ID requirement is gone.
   3. We move to Phases 3 & 4 on Monday, March 22nd!.

Fellowship Hi-Crest and the Shawnee County Health Department are partnering
to offer the Johnson & Johnson one-shot Covid19 vaccine starting in April.

We are offering multiple days and times.



*Fellowship Hi-Crest Vaccination Schedule Starting in April*

·  *Fridays (every Friday)*

o *Starting Date:* April 2nd

o *Times: *10am-11:45am, 1:30pm-3:30pm

o *Vaccine:* Johnson & Johnson

o *Sign-up: *Appointment

After April 15th, we will look at using Media 1 & 2.

o *Starting Date:* April 7th

o *Times: *4:00pm-6:00pm

o *Vaccine: *Johnson & Johnson

o *Sign-up: *Walk-ups! (No appointment required)

o *Target number of vaccinations per day: *100 people

o *Spaces to be used: *107 for vaccinations, Media 1 staging area. After
April 15th, we will look at using Media 1 & 2.

·  *2nd Saturdays during SENT Market*

o *Starting Date:* April 10th

o *Times: *9am-11am

o *Vaccine:* Johnson & Johnson

o *Sign-up: *Walk-ups! (No appointment required)

o *Target number of vaccinations per day: *100 people

o *Spaces to be used: *107 for vaccinations, gym for the staging area.
After April 15th, we will look at using Media 1 & 2.

·  *3rd Sundays*

o *Starting Date:* April 18th

o *Times: *12:30pm-2:30pm

o *Vaccine:* Johnson & Johnson

o *Sign-up: *Walk-ups! (No appointment required)

o *Target number of vaccinations per day: *100 people
