*Topeka, Kan.* – Beginning Monday, June 14, at 8:00 AM (weather
permitting), SW Wanamaker Road over the Kansas Turnpike will be CLOSED TO
THROUGH TRAFFIC to raise the superstructure and replace the concrete deck.
The bridge is located approximately 0.2 miles north of SW 77th Street.



The project’s schedule requires that Wanamaker Road reopen to unrestricted
traffic on or before Friday, November 12, 2021.



A SIGNED DETOUR utilizing SW 77th Street, SW Burlingame Road and SW 61st
Street will be provided.



Wildcat Construction Co. Inc. of Wichita, KS is the prime contractor.



This is a Kansas Turnpike Authority (KTA) project.
