Monday 9:00 Large dog on the Loose Roaming between Jewell and College on 15th. Large dog looks like a lab/Brittany mix with fur/body/tail like a lab but coloring like a Brittany with red ears and mottled red and white body. Has army green collar/no tags. Friendly but could not get close. >
