[College Hill Topeka] FOUND Lost dog - 1600 block of Jewell

Hey Deb and Duane:  A female tan with white chest and red-striped collar and no tags was on our front porch at 7am.  She is an older girl. Very scared.  Climbed in my lap and is surely missing her people.
