Hello.  Yesterday, President Biden issued an Executive Order extending the
CDC’s Eviction Moratorium through March 31, 2021.

Please see the updated eviction moratorium white paper and eviction
moratorium declaration paper to be given to landlords from tenants who
qualify.

Please note that each late rent issue can be unique. Even if a renter
qualifies for the protection, tenants, tenant advocates, landlords, and
property managers are encouraged to contact HCCI for FREE telephone
counseling regarding late rent, eviction, or other rental-related issues @
800-383-0217. Counseling in English and Spanish is available.
