[College Hill Topeka] Squatter on Boswell

Tonight squatter at 1435 SW Boswell appears to be living in garage on 15th street side. Tall white thinner male in 20’s with stubble. Wearing longer silver/ white gym shorts and white sleeveless T-shirt.
