[College Hill Topeka] College Hill Stars and Stripes Festival starts tonight

Don’t forget to join your friends and neighbors tonight in Boswell Park for
the start of the College Hill Stars and Stripes Festival. Bring lawn chairs
or blankets, desserts, and supplies for decorating those bikes, trikes, and
wagons. Signal Ridge will be playing bluegrass from the gazebo.
